Okay, so most of you know the Sharon Tate murders and her life so this might be a bit on the shorter side, but I don't want to go into details that you already know. So Sharon Tate was born  on January 24, 1943, in Dallas, Texas, and at six months old, Tate won the "Miss Tiny Tot of Dallas Pageant." Being an army brat, Tate had lived in six cities by the age of 16 and found it difficult for her to make friends. She had ambitions to study psychiatry, but her family was relocated to Italy in 1960 and she soon became a local celebrity due to a photograph of her in a swimsuit being the cover of the military newspaper.  She and her friends, who were also army brats, became interested in the filming of Hemingway's Adventures of a Young Man, and they eventually got to become paid extras in the movie. This paved the way for her film career, and was employed by Pat Boone and appeared in an episode of The Pat Boone Chevy Showroom. She continued to find roles in Italy, like Barabbas, and eventually returned to the States to further her studies and find more roles until her mother suffered a nervous breakdown and she was persuaded to return to Italy. In 1962, the family returned to the States and Tate's career. She signed into a seven-year contract with Martin Ransohoff, where she had small parts in television shows, like Mister Ed and The Beverly Hillbillies, however, he wouldn't allow her any larger roles. It wasn't until 1965 when Tate was given a major role in Eye of the Devil, which was around the time she met Roman Polanski. At first, they weren't impressed with each other, and when Tate was given the lead role in Polanski's film The Fearless Vampire Killers, he initially irritated with her inexperience, but as the filming progressed, Polanski was impressed by her work and their relationship bloomed. At the end of filming, Tate moved in Polanski in his London apartment but eventually returned to the States to film Don't Make Waves. Eventually, Polanski returned to the States to direct and write the screenplay for Rosemary's Baby. In late 1967, they returned to London and married on January 20, 1968. In late 1968, they returned to the States and Tate was pregnant and eventually, they moved into 10050 Cielo Drive in Benedict Canyon.

On August 8, 1969, Tate, two weeks away from giving birth, was murdered in her home by Charles Manson's "family" with Jay Sebring, Wojciech Fryowski, and Abigail Folger., as well as Steven Parent, who was shot dead in his car. Tate and Sebring were found in the living room, a long rope tied around each of their necks, connecting them. Frykowski and Folger were found in the front yard. All of them, except Parent, was stabbed numerous times, Tate was stabbed sixteen times. At first, the property's caretaker, William Garretson, was brought in for questioning; he was the only survivor and he lived in the guest house on the property.
